There are two errors when completing a clone from PROD. One is about the error “Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server” , you should check the vnc server address and port number on app tier, they must the same as the value of $DISPLAY. The other error is about “ORA-20100: File o0042978.tmp creation for FND_FILE failed” , you should check the environment variable $APPLPTMP on app tier, then to check the parameter value UTL_FILE_DIR. the $APPLPTMP should be included in the UTL

AD configuration is an utility(adconfig.sh), also known as autoconfig, which is located in the $AD_TOP/bin directory.
