Purpose

在R3里，使用planning，那么首先的前提条件就是要激活MRP(若未激活只能single item single level)，同时planning file entry也就是必须的特别是对于total run.

在R3里planning run有3种类型：NEUPL (total), NETCH(Net change), NETPL(net change in Planning horizon).
这篇记录关注若无planning file entry时的情况，例如single item的run，inconsistence check and planning file entry process.

设置planning的前提条件:

Actiate MRP for plant: 这里设置后，当有新的MRP-related changed后，会有相应的update/insert到plannign file entry；

Setup planning file

Consistency check：

Case 1 - single planning w/o planning file entry

MD04

No planning file:

MD02/03 - single material:

Check Planning file again:

Check NETPL

Change VSF:

MD03 - NETPL

New MD04:

File enetry

If input VSF bigger than planning horizon (365, no MRP group maintained)

New VSF:

NETPL:

No planning running

NETCH:

• Planning run!

Conclusion:

• Even with no planning file entry, MD03 can also proceed.
• But NETPL still consider the planning horizon
• After the planning run, no planning file entry will be auto-created!

Case 2-consistency check

• Consistent check: will create planning file entry

不过注意：

1 – Report RMMDVM10 runs a consistency check for the planning file entries. It can catch inconsistencies on the low-level code and delete unnecessary planning file entries, however, this report DO NOT check the flags NETCH and NETP for existing entries.

2 – Report RMMDVM20 is generally used to build the planning file entries, before the first MRP execution for a plant. This report will create the planning file entries when they do not exist, however, if the planning file entry already exists, the report WILL NOT check the flags NETCH and NETPL.

• Noted: these 2 reports will not check those indicators when the entry already exists.
