今天遇到一筆內部訂單撿料成功,ship confirm後delivery_id消失,出貨不成功.查item屬性無問題[@more@]後查到出貨界面的LINES/LPNS的details中picked qty為null.利用help/diagnostice/examine把picked qty補進,存盤後,assignment 一delivery_id後,再ship confirm就成功了.

今天遇到兩筆訂單單身狀態都是closed,出貨界面為shipped.經查是該line出貨還沒扣帳且還有保留記錄,在inv的transaction interface中有卡[@more@]用如下方法處理:1.查inv的出貨狀況2.發現transaction open interface有資料3.刪除保留的資料4.run submit transaction open interfacxe5. run: Inventory Interface - SRS即告ok.

user提出要增加om的shipping transaction中增加assign freight costs的權限我用om_supperuser_xx的權限進入,是有該權限的.但用user的respensibilities登錄使用時,提示:Function not available to this repensibility,Change respensibilities or contact your System Administrator.[@more@]按提示,應是respensibility的權限不同.由respensibility跟蹤memu,由memu跟蹤子memu.對比之下得知user的respensibility中沒有Freight Costs Form這個function.加上後,user重新登錄即可.

開銷退單時出現FRM-40212: Invalid value for field ORDERED_ITEM_DSP.同樣的customer,同樣的item,在前一個月能成功完成,今天卻不成功了.[@more@] 查了眾多資料,得到修正sql為:Update mtl_customer_items set address_id = xxxx where CUSTOMER_ITEM_NUMBER='XXX' and CUSTOMER_ID=123這個address_id就是銷退單單頭的ship_to_org_id對應的地址. 按以往,這個address_id是不用我們這樣修正的,可能是dba上了某些patch或做了某些設定的原故吧.

近日用做omr066x(用package,上挂到oracle erp,輸出excel)時問題多,所謂一波三折.[@more@]開始是nescape環境下,view output後會有save it to disk的功能,我的output format為xml.當輸出內容沒有中文時,可以從oracle erp中直接open成excel.當輸出內容有中文時,可以把其存到文件夾,然後用記事本打開,並再其再另存為unicode後,就可以用excel打開了.然而台灣與北美等地區的user,沒有裝nescape,都是用ie瀏覽器.個別user的view　output後並沒有save it to disk的選項.從而出現error對此,把omr066x的output format由xml改為txt,view output後就可以
