After I got to the office, I got the internal windows messenger installed, which uses SIP and uses our winows login ID/password to login us automatically. I found two people are already in my contact list, one is Richard, the manager of BIS report, the other is LEO, one of the BA in our team.

After I received the email from Richard, talking about the EDW ID application. Since it is Thursday and normally the application would take one business day, Richard asks us to finished the online training on Buiness Conduct, which is mandatory for application of EDW ID by today and finished the application. Or we won't get the ID until early next week. I forwarded this information by mouth to the other 3. The Qingdao boy agreed with me to finish it asap and get two thing done by today. But the Nepal boy doesn't want to follow the instruction and mentioned his difficulties, like his computer can't login and blar blar. He also occupied the Indian boy's computer to reply emails to managers and BA, which made me pretty unhappy. It is even flatter than Indians. Since we are here less than a week, how could we know something. It is better for us to read more and keep mouth shut.

It is really a long day for me. I stayed there till 20:00pm to finish the two tasks and sent an email to Richard mentioned the situation. Two Chinese has finished the tasks, Indian finished the course but didn't finish the application, which takes less than 5 minutes, Nepal guy did nothing. Am I a bad boy writing a report like that? No, of course not. I just write down the truth and only the truth per manager's request. The manger will make his own decision. Let us wait and see. Next week, there are 3 more reporter will be coming in our team.
