QSA-20311 Table conflict with script already executing
数据库环境：11.2.1.0
操作系统环境：SunOS 5.10
描述：今天在碎片整理时，发现QSA报如下错误：Aborted: QSA-20311 Table conflict with script already executing
分析：QSA正在等待一个PID完成一个JOB，但是QSA并不能够检测工作已经完成。
解决方法：
1.在部署有QSA数据库所在的环境上，编辑sqlnet.ora配置文件，加入BEQUEATH_DETACH=YES。
2.重启QSA服务，再次执行要运行的JOB，即可进行碎片整理。
对于BEQUEATH_DETACH这个参数Oracle官方的解释如下：
Turn on or off UNIX signal handling.
Because the client application spawns a server process internally through the Bequeath protocol as a child process, then the client application becomes responsible for cleaning up the child process when it completes. When the server process completes its connection responsibilities, it becomes a terminated process. Signal handlers are responsible for cleaning up these terminated processes. Setting this parameter configures the client profile to pass this process to the UNIX initialization process by disabling signal handlers.
