Sybase客户端Dsedit Utility工具打开时报LIBTCL.DLL错误解决
今天在打开Sybase客户端设置服务器连接时报如下错误：
Fail to initialize LIBTCL.DLL. Error message is generated into file sybinit.err under your current working directory.
这时需要通过Ocscfg Utility工具在Environment栏里进行设置Sybase安装路径即可解决该问题。
