1. 通过yum源安装MySQL，在安装MySQL前需要安装perl-DBI及perl-DBD-MySQL，为了方便期间统一通过yum源一键式搞定。
 [root@mysqlserver ~]#  yum -y install perl-DBI perl-DBD-MySQL  mysql mysql-server
 2. 安装完MySQL后需要初始化MySQL数据库。
 [root@mysqlserver ~]# mysql_install_db 
Installing MySQL system tables...
OK
Filling help tables...
OK

To start mysqld at boot time you have to copy
support-files/mysql.server to the right place for your system

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET A PASSWORD FOR THE MySQL root USER !
To do so, start the server, then issue the following commands:

/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root password 'new-password'
/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root -h mysqlserver password 'new-password'

Alternatively you can run:
/usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation

which will also give you the option of removing the test
databases and anonymous user created by default.  This is
strongly recommended for production servers.

You can start the MySQL daemon with:
cd /usr ; /usr/bin/mysqld_safe &

You can test the MySQL daemon with mysql-test-run.pl
cd /usr/mysql-test ; perl mysql-test-run.pl

Please report any problems with the /usr/bin/mysqlbug script!
  3. 修改mysql目录权限
[root@mysqlserver ~]# chown -R mysql /var/lib/mysql
[root@mysqlserver ~]# chgrp -R mysql /var/lib/mysql
[root@mysqlserver ~]# ls -ltr /var/lib/mysql
total 8
drwx------ 2 mysql mysql 4096 Nov  6 17:17 test
drwx------ 2 mysql mysql 4096 Nov  6 17:17 mysql
 4. 修改mysql配置文件，使其支持中文及期远程连接。
[root@mysqlserver ~]# vi /etc/my.cnf 
[mysqld]

character-set-server=utf8
collation-server=utf8_general_ci
datadir=/var/lib/mysql
socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
user=mysql
