【Planning】MRP - 关于stock available for planning

Purpose

Planning run是当在net requirement的计算发现了material supply shortage时。

而在计算这个net requirement时，它靠的是: Quantity available for planning  = Stock available for planning + fixed receipts (如PO, Process order, fixed PL 等)[在OPPQ的plant中定义哪些element在reschedule horizon中算fixed receipt；如果没reschedule horizon那就是当天，即当天的如PO只fullfill当天的requirement及剩余的quantity供后续的fullfill] - [ SS + requirement].

当计算出来的 quantitiy available for planning是负数时，即发生material supply shortage.

这篇记录如何考虑计算stock available for planning，而fixed receipts与rescheduling horizon，及SS等，其他的thread将会touch。

 

 

Content

Stock available for planning: SAP默认是使用un-restricted, stock-in quality及consignment相关的stock （也就是显示在MD04上第一行的plant stock，注意若激活了QM，stock in quality将显示成单独的Inspection lot）.但是我们可以通过Plant的设置去考虑更多的stock.

  • 因为available stock为160；而先前有firm的PL (因为我们在OPPQ里可以看到其考虑firmed PL)200，而VSF一共是600，所以在firm period内有shortage 240,且是发生在12/25;
  • 然后因为有reshedule horizon，所以12/30的PO可以cover 12/25的shortage，并有一个reschedule in的exception message 10；
  • 所以在firm period内还有140的shortage；
  • 因为是firm type 1（MRP type M1),所以将会在firm date处进行cover，即12/26处将有一个140的PL；也正好是我们看到，且具有一个exception message 30；
