ORA-01102

ORA-01507

ORA-00214
ORA-00214 错误发生的原因是控制文件不一致，解决的方法是删除不一致的控制文件，使所有的控制文件一致；重新创建控制文件An ORA-00214 is issued whenever Oracle detects an inconsistency between two mirrored copies of the control file. All copies of the control file must have the same internal sequence number for Oracle to start up the database or shut it down in normal or immediate mode.
