Cause: The database name used does not match that in the control file.
Action: Ensure the correct control file and database name are used.
错误原因：控制文件中的数据库名字与将要mount的数据库名字不一致。
解决方法：检查初始化参数文件中db_name参数所指定的名字是否与control_files参数所指定的控制文件內的数据库名字一样
