windows 2003 32bit 下 goldengate director 对应的startweblogic.cmd无法正常启动。现象是点击 startweblogic.cmd 黑色窗口一闪而过， 在cmd界面下，到startweblogic.cmd所在路径下，然后敲入startweblogic.cmd 回车，之后，黑色窗口也是一闪而过。最后的原因找到了：此台机器装了监控软件，具体我也不知道是干啥的，反正卸载了此软件，startweblogic.cmd就好用了。。。[@more@]

先补充一下oracle临时表的知识：创建oracle临时表，可以有两种类型的临时表：会话级的临时表和事务级的临时表。1）会话级的临时表因为这这个临时表中的数据和你的当前会话有关系，当你当前session不退出的情况下，临时表中的数据就还存在，而当你退出当前session的时候，临时表中的数据就全部没有了，当然这个时候你如果以另外一个session登陆的时候是看不到另外一个session中插入到临时表中的数据的。即两个不同的session所插入的数据是互不相干的。当某一个session退出之后临时表中的数据就被截断（truncate table，即数据清空）了。会话

8:30到12:00，因前台业务，oracle切了6次归档（非人工发布alter system switch logfile），每个归档日志300M，一共是1.8G，而在此时间段内，传到目的地的trail文件有90个，每个10M，共900m,这样算下来，大概是1/2的关系。[@more@]

goldengate 目的端replicat进程 运行缓慢的问题现实中的时间已经过了1个小时了，但是去看goldengate的replicat 检查点（info replicat 进程名）却向前移动了不到1分钟。解决步骤：1.ps -ef |grep /u02/ggs获得 replicat 进程的进程id， 假设查询出来的进程id为123452. ps -ef | grep 12345，获得goldengate 执行复制的进程的进程id（主要是看beq连接），假如此进程的id是120003.使用语句查询出12000的进程，正在做什么。。使用sql查询出正在执行的sqlSELECT sql_text FROM v$sqltext a WHERE a.hash_value = (SELECT sql_hash_value FROM
