不吃早餐的严重后果
早餐对人的健康极为重要。现代生理学家研究表明，人在空腹时的正常血糖水平为80-120毫克／100毫升血。如果血糖水平过低，便会感到饥饿和疲乏，甚至出现头晕，站立不稳或心悸。体内血糖水平的维持，主要取决于一天当中第一餐的进食种类和数量。不吃早餐，就很难维持体内正常的血糖水平，就会出现低血糖，直接影响工作、学习和身体。同时还会出现精力不集中、反应能力差和应激力下降，严重者可出现虚脱、低血糖昏迷等。 早餐不吃，前一日晚上至第二天中午午餐的时间太长，这中间胃液及激素的分泌将失去平衡，结果会造成偏食。
