ORA-28000: the account is lockedCause: The user has entered wrong password consequently for maximum number of times specified by the user's profile parameter FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS, or the DBA has locked the accountAction: Wait for PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME or contact DBA修改FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS，并检查重复输入错误信息的问题，已经解决[@more@]
