今天做数据处理的时候突然收到一条告警：

ORA-00445: background process "m000" did not start after 120 seconds host:xxxxstbdb

环境是：RAC+DG   11Gr2    11.2.0.4

报错的是DG节点。

查看了下MOS上的描述如下：

This bug is only relevant when using Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Automatic Storage Management (ASM)

ASM M000 doesn't start in less than 120 secs, when getting instance information that is maintained by RAC (e.g. Total CPU count)

  - in this case we have the function kxfpGetTotalCpuCount(), which is trying to get information that is stored by RAC.
