原厂工程师建议最好停机进行。给出的理由是，在更换过程中一个电源工作，如果系统高负荷运行，可能会导致主机系统温度过高等异常情况，从而导致系统异常宕机。具体发生的概率有多大也不太清楚。总之，他们之前有遇到过。不得已，与客户沟通，还是找系统空闲时间，停机操作。最后是，把该服务器上跑的 10G RAC 的实例关闭，然后进行的电源更换。OS 没有关闭。更换操作顺利完成。整个更换操作在 5 分钟内完成。[@more@]有以下几个需要注意的：1, IBM 电源后面会有 3 个灯，一个 AC （交流） ，一个 DC (直流），另外一个不太清楚是做什么的。
