如果使用dba_free_space去计算占用率会很高，就会一直告警。
建议使用如下的方式去计算：
select sum(bytes)/1024/1024 from dba_undo_extents where status='UNEXPIRED'
select sum(bytes)/1024/1024 from dba_undo_extents
这两个值计算出来相除就可以了。
就是undo表空间的占用率。
