快速切换数据文件从裸设备切换到另外一个裸设备上

前几天在客户那，数据库设为noarchive后，还有2个arc进程
数据库是9iSQL>alter database noarchivelog;SQL>alter database open;$ps -ef|grep arc发现还有2个arc进程经常分析log_archive_start是true,设为false进程就不存在了
