1.前奏：单节点的rac环境，dbca建库之后，startup数据库报错：

ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system

2.查看alert日志：

WARNING: You are trying to use the MEMORY_TARGET feature. This feature requires the /dev/shm file system to be mounted for at least 608174080 bytes. /dev/shm is either not mounted or is mounted with available space less than this size. Please fix this so that MEMORY_TARGET can work as expected. Current available is 292827136 and used is 501727232 bytes. Ensure that the mount point is /dev/shm for this directory.

初步确定是/dev/shm的大小出了问题

df -h：查看一下，当前 /dev/shm的大小

[oracle@node1 ~]$ df -h

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on

/dev/sda1 26G 17G 7.6G 70% /

tmpfs 758M 479M 280M 64% /dev/shm

/dev/hdc 3.5G 3.5G 0 100% /media/RHEL_5.5 x86_64 DVD

即oracle要求：/dev/shm 的剩余空间大小要大于（至少等于）MEMORY_TARGET的大小，我的MEMORY_TARGET通过看参数文件是580M，因此需要增大/dev/shm

的大小

3.增加/dev/shm大小

vi /etc/fstab

tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults,size=1200M 0 0

4.重新挂载使其生效：

mount -o remount,size=1200M /dev/shm

[root@node1 ~]# df -h

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on

/dev/sda1 26G 17G 7.6G 70% /

tmpfs 1.2G 479M 722M 40% /dev/shm

/dev/hdc 3.5G 3.5G 0 100% /media/RHEL_5.5 x86_64 DVD

722M满足MEMORY_TARGET=580M的大小

---再次startup该问题解决~~
