ORA-01031: 权限不足
该错误的最后说权限不足，之前给了frank用户dba权限，权限依然不足。文档中有一句话：
RMAN connections to a database are specified and authenticated in the same way as SQL*Plus connections to a database. The only difference is that RMAN connections to a target or auxiliary database require the SYSDBA privilege
因此：
C:\>sqlplus sys/frank@frank as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on 星期二 6月 17 10:13:34 2014
