TNS-01106: Listener using listener name LISTENER has already been started
在弄监听的时候碰到“TNS-01106: Listener using listener name LISTENER has already been started”错误。
其实原因很简单两个不同监听的(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=ipc)(KEY=extproc)一样了，把KEY的值改成不一样的即可解决问题。
