CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.rac.rac2.inst'.
问题说明
OS : AIX 6.1
DB : Oracle 10.2.0.5
在双节点10gR2 RAC，硬件维护其中的节点2，重启节点2后，节点2的实例无法启动
rac2:/home/oracle$ srvctl start instance -d rac -i rac2
PRKP-1001 : Error starting instance rac2 on node rac2
CRS-0215: Could not start resource 'ora.rac.rac2.inst'.
问题分析
检查db的alert日志，发现并没有相关的启动信息记录
检查crs的alert日志
rac2:/home/oracle$ tail -200 alertrac2.log 发现
CRS-1012:The OCR service started on node rac2.
1970-01-01 13:06:38.118
CRS-1401:EVMD started on node rac2.
1970-01-01 13:06:40.745
CRS-1201:CRSD started on node rac2.
1970-01-01 13:06:57.017
CRS-1205:Auto-start failed for the CRS resource ora.rac.rac2.inst. Details in /opt/oracle/product/10.2/crs/log/rac2/crsd/crsd.log.
可以看到，crs的alert日志记录的时间明显是有问题的
检查当前主机的时间
rac2:/home/oracle$ date
Thu Jan 1 14:46:21 CST 1970
怀疑是主机时间问题造成的节点2实例无法启动
再检查下crsd的日志
root@rac2:/>more /opt/oracle/product/10.2/crs/log/rac2/crsd/crsd.log

解决方法
将节点2的主机时间设置为与节点1相同，aix下使用smit system 进行修改
