上面表格内容可以简单描述如下
MMON进程执行一些管理监控相关的内容，主要包括AWR快照的生成和执行ADDM分析。
Mnnn 进程是MMON的子进程，用于MMON分配的执行AWR快照的生成和ADDM分析

生成AWR快照，也就是收集数据库和操作系统相关信息的一个过程。由于默认情况下，awr快照是一小时一个，所以对应的Mnnn进程就每小时跑一遍。

原因

这是oracle 10.2.0.5版本的bug，该bug在以后的版本中也没有修复。
关于该bug的描述
1. Query on v$osstat does not return any rows.
2. In AWR report, it's not "Operating System Statistics" available here.
3. There are 256 CPU kernel on this server.

1. 查询v$osstat时，没有结果返回
2.在生成的awr报告中，在"Operating System Statistics"一栏中，没有可用的信息
3. cpu_count或者物理CPU的个数超过了256.

解决方法

由于该bug在以后的版本都没有修复，所以无法通过打补丁或者升级的方式解决
同时由于该bug影响的只是AWR报告中的OS 部分的信息，对全局的判断影响不大。
故该问题可以忽略
