Oracle strongly recommends the following settings for these five security profiles:

  1. FND: Diagnostics -> NO
  2. FND Validation Level -> ERROR
  3. FND Function Validation Level ->ERROR
  4. Framework Validation Level -> ERROR
  5. Restrict Text Input -> Yes
