RMAN备份出现ORA-01801: date format is too long for internal buffer错误

Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers Service不能启动,应用无法监听到NDMP TCP/IP端口
在测试BACKUP EXEC的过程中，发现后台服务无法启动，导致EXEC不能正确连接到后台服务，所以在备份向导中也没办法列出备份的源，源都列不出来，这还备个啥呢，备 份向导右边窗口明确提示无法连接到服务器，请按F5刷新，刷了夜白刷，没用。查看后来EVENT事件，发现如下：“Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers Service不能启动。应用无法监听到NDMP TCP/IP端口。请检查网络配置。 ”也就是说是NDMP相关的东西有问题，导致服务起不来，手工重启服务也不行。搜来搜去，发现有个文章介绍说是跟WINDOWS的网卡的LOAD BALANCE
