Buffer: 指plan count 的缓冲时间

解释： 当设定某物料的plan count是6月1号，buffer = 5,则在6月1号到6月6号都可以产生physical inventory document，如果在这区间没有产生的话，则会放在下一次plan count中进行（可能是6月11号）

都是设定为A，但为什么会存在不同的plan date呢？

此Plan Count的LOGIC为
如果last count date = 0000-00-00，则用created on + Interval (Cycle count indicator 中的设定)
如果last count date <> 0000-00-00，则用Last Count Date + Interval (Cycle count indicator 中的设定)
