大分区表创建索引，27亿条记录，记录一下
该分区表的大小为352G，在该分区表上创建一个单键值索引create index idx_pres_tdr_starttime on pres_tdr(starttime) local;Index createdElapsed: 01:23:35.32索引大小为27G如果加上nologging参数应该会快些，改天测试下[@more@]
