1.需要在catalog数据库test上建立表空间：
create tablespace rman_catalog size 20M;
需要用sysdba的权限连接到数据库上，表空间的名字可以自己设置。
2.创建用户并制：
create user rman identified by rman default tablesapce rman_catalog quota unlimited on rman_ts;
建立用户，名称、密码可以自己设置，默认表空间为上面我们刚建立的表空间名称，不受限制。
3.为新建的用户授权：
grant recovery_catalog_owner to rman
4.以刚建好的用户登录到rman
rman catalog rman/rman
5.在rman中建立catalog表空间，需要与数据库中的表空间名一致：
create catalog tablespace rman_catalog
6.同时连接目标数据库pro和catalog数据库
rman target sys/rrmanager@pro catalog rman/rman @test
这里需要配置好listener和tnsnames文件，如果是两台不同的数据库的话。

register database
