DIAG_ADR_ENABLED parameter in 11g

In 11G DIAG_ADR_ENABLED is a default parameter , hence you wont find it in the sqlnet.ora file .For you to disable it , you need to explicitly specify in the sqlnet.ora file i.e
DIAG_ADR_ENABLED =OFF
