PIR for make-to-order sales

You can set strategy 50 which is "planning w/o final assembly".
It builds a separate segment for each sales order and consumes the PIR (VSF type).

If I use strategy 40, the PIR is make-to-stock. My question is to have PIR planned in an individual segment for a particular order in MD04. Once another sales order is maintained, the PIR can be consumed. Is there any strategy for this scenario?
