How WIP closed
There are two cases to close WIP order during overcut period
Case 1. If ur WIP order is not so large then u can do one thing......
dismantle the assemblies n take the inventory as raw material
Case2. If WIP order is Large then during overcut period.....maintain the
material master for that wip assembly, maintain the routing and maintain
the production order for that period only. Now u can start ur production
with this order after the implementation. After the product is finished,
settle that order and delete it.
Delete routing and WIP material(HALB).
I think this is how u can treat with WIP.........
