1.2 设置环境变量
set GSOAP=Z:gsoap-2.7

1.3 编译soapcpp2.obj
cd %GSOAP%soapcpp2
cl -c stdsoap2.c

2. 编译SOAP客户程序

2.1 从WSDL生成C头文件(包括预编译注释)
#例：
%GSOAP%soapcpp2wsdl2h -c -o quote.h xmethods-delayed-quotes.wsdl

2.2 编译框架文件
#例：
%GSOAP%soapcpp2soapcpp2 -c quote.h

2.3 编写客户程序
#例：
