最近有同事遇到执行srvctl命令hang的问题，METALINK上给出了进行跟踪诊断的方法，这里记载一下学习
OS: HP UX 11.11
DB:10.2.0.3 RAC

4)Run oswatcher and upload oswatcher logs also
