Workaround:
1. SQL>show parameter length
If the parameter nls_length_semantics=char > complete the next steps
2. SQL>connect as sysdba
SQL> alter session set nls_length_semantics=byte;
Session altered.
3. SQL> alter view KU$_XMLSCHEMA_VIEW compile;
View altered.
4. SQL> alter session set nls_length_semantics=char;
Session altered.
5. Retest the Export
