本次主要的目标是将现有的19.3单库升级到19.18版本，主要是解决pdb refresh无法迁移的问题，我们分两个步骤来解决这个问题。

1、升级单库，解决是否成功问题；

2、复现19c 19.18库无法refresh到 19c 19.3单库问题；

3、综合以上情况，升级19.3单库通过升级后，源库19.18 rac库可以通过pdb refresh可以同步到19.18单库。

下面开始解决第一个问题，19.3单库升级到19.18版本

一、环境介绍

1、数据库版本 oracle 19c 19.3

2、操作系统版本 Orhel 7.9 x64

3、地址：10.10.10.100/24

4、实例名称：orcl 包含pdb 2个（pdb01,pdb02）
