问题现象：

解决:
MOS 上有篇文章Doc ID 2070565.1 解释了这个问题 ，需要在mount之前修改目录为755 。当前/ogg目录已经是777.
但我这次问题主要原因是 把挂载nas的目录修改属性 chown oracle.oinstall /ogg
mount /ogg 后再修改一遍属性chown oracle.oinstall /ogg
问题这才得以解决！
分析：
ogg_home对上级目录的属性及权限有要求。
