vmware 下由于 virtural machine physical network card ( MAC ) address changed , so crsctl start crs 不能启动 crs 。/etc/init.d/init.crs start 去启动。（需要用 root 用户去做）正常情况下，ＯＳ　在启动时，会去启动该服务。[@more@]
