在配置和使用Data Guard的过程中经常会遇到Ora-16191错误。

ORA-16191: 主日志传送客户机没有登录到备用数据库

1 在主库查询：
SQL> select status, error from v$archive_dest
2 where dest_id=2;

STATUS ERROR
------------------ ------------------------------------------------
ERROR ORA-16191: 主日志传送客户机没有登录到备用数据库

2 查alert，并根据alert信息去找相应的trace文件，得到如下内容：

Error 1017 received logging on to the standby

Check that the primary and standby are using a password file
and remote_login_passwordfile is set to SHARED or EXCLUSIVE,
and that the SYS password is same in the password files.
returning error ORA-16191

Error 16191 connecting to destination LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 standby host 'standby'
Error 16191 attaching to destination LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 standby host 'standby'
ORA-16191: Primary log shipping client not logged on standby

3 原因分析及解决方法：
3.1
问题出在口令文件上；重建口令文件后一定要重启主库和备库（有时候只重启备库就够了）。

3.2
Check that the primary and standby are using a password file
and remote_login_passwordfile is set to SHARED or EXCLUSIVE,
and that the SYS password is same in the password files.

3.3 如果还有问题
那就把主库的口令文件PWDprimary.ora拷到备库，并改名为PWDstandby.ora（悲苦的oracle_sid=standby）
重启主库and/or备库。

可以看到所有的断档日志都传送过来了。It is work！
