- Open the target .Net project. Right click the project, choose add new project, select setup and deployment project.
- Choose any type of program type and choose the primary output and content files both.
- And then, you will have a new setup project in the view.
- You also need to add many other kinds of files menually because it can not be done automatically, like .xml, .gif etc..
- And then, choose build, this will generate the output file.
