从错误信息上很容易判断，问题应该和客户端处理临时LOB有关。根据MOS文档ORA-00600
[kollasg:client-side tmp lob] Fetching Row With LOB Column in OCI Application
[ID 1418135.1]，在11.1以上版本中，如果读取一个没有被初始化过的LOB列，会引发这个600错误。
Oracle给出的解决方案是对于空的CLOB，使用EMPTY_CLOB函数对齐进行初始化。
