gnd-rac01, gnd-rac02 是主机名称，tpc是数据库名称，tpc1,tpc2是实例名称 。
关闭RAC数据库：
srvctl stop listener -n gnd-rac01
srvctl stop listener -n gnd-rac02
gnd-rac01$emctl stop dbconsole
TZ set to ROC

gnd-rac02$crs_stop -all
开启RAC数据库 ： 经以上整个关闭过程反过来，将stop更换为start即可 。
