执行TFA收集有关日志信息，在RAC其中一个节点，以root 运行tfactl 命令，命令会收集RAC所有节点的日志信息：
Please run TFA to collect diagnostic data for troubleshooting the issue.
As root user, on only one node to run tfactl command to collect related log files
$su - root
$GRID_HOME/tfa/bin/tfactl diagcollect -from "Jan/25/2019 23:00:00" -to "Jan/25/
2019 03:00:00" <<<<<<<<<<<<请改变时间的范围包含问题发生的时间点
