我的使用环境Version 12.2.0.1.1 OGGCORE_12.2.0.1.0_PLATFORMS_151211.1401_FBO
出现如上报错，导致投递进程 abended
解决办法如下：
在目标端添加
1. Stop the Manager, Replicat processes in the target.
2. Edit the ./GLOBALS parameter with the below command
GGSCI> EDIT PARAMS ./GLOBALS
3. Add the parameter ALLOWOUTPUTDIR with path to this ./GLOBALS parameter file and save it.
Example ALLOWOUTPUTDIR [relative_dir_name | absolute_dir_name]
ALLOWOUTPUTDIR /oggtrail/dirdat
4. Exit from the GGSCI prompt.
5. Enter the GGSCI prompt
6. Login using the dblogin command.
7. Start the Manager and Replicat processes.
