在centos7.4安装RAC12C时，安装oracle软件过程中预检查会遇到时间不同步的问题。
redheat7开始使用chronyd同步时间
时间同步这里有3种，
1.ntp 这里不用
2.redheat7开始使用chronyd同步时间
3.rac的ctss进程
crsctl check ctss 安装完成后是active的，开启chronyd会自动关闭
[grid@ibisdb1 ~]$ crsctl check ctss
CRS-4700: The Cluster Time Synchronization Service is in Observer mode.
配置 chronyd ：(192.168.56.1为ntp server)
vi /etc/chrony.conf
#server 0.centos.pool.ntp.org iburst
#server 1.centos.pool.ntp.org iburst
#server 2.centos.pool.ntp.org iburst
#server 3.centos.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 10.1.3.1 prefer
systemctl status chronyd.service --查看状态
systemctl start chronyd.service --启动
systemctl enable chronyd.service --使其开机自启
systemctl status chronyd.service
查看时间同步源
chronyc sources -v
chronyc sourcestats -v
