呈现问题：

[oracle@ENMO11G Desktop]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.4.0 Production on Sat Jan 2 01:26:31 2016

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup

ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system

原因:

简单来说就是 MEMORY_MAX_TARGET 的设置不能超过 /dev/shm 的大小：

解决方法：

[root@ENMO11G ~]# df -h | grep shm

tmpfs           995M  469M  526M  48% /dev/shm

[root@ENMO11G ~]# mount -o remount,size=4G /dev/shm/

[root@ENMO11G ~]# df -h |grep shm

tmpfs           4.0G  469M  3.6G  12% /dev/shm

再次启动数据库：

SQL> startup

ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system

（解决问题之后）

SQL> startup

ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area  634679296 bytes

Fixed Size                    2255912 bytes

Variable Size                  432014296 bytes

Database Buffers          192937984 bytes

Redo Buffers                    7471104 bytes

Database mounted.

Database opened.
