rac错误调试，日志很多，对于排错有一定困难。
1.问题：迁移votedisk，报错如下图，排错过程是：就是从 crsctl 这个工具的错误日志到ASM日志。crsctl工具日志==》ASM日志
2.ohasd 进程启动时候打印日志：
CRS-1301:Oracle High Availability Service started on node gridrac1.
3.集群节点不能连接到votedisk报错日志：
CRS-1606:The number of voting files available, 0, is less than the minimum number of votin
g files required, 1, resulting in CSSD termination to ensure data integrity;
CRS-1656:The CSS daemon is terminating due to a fatal error;
CRS-1605:CSSD voting file is online
