Rediscovery Notes 
If RECO is getting ORA-24756 over and over, and if database links include one 
which goes to a different database which then goes via a database link back 
to the original database, it could be this issue.

解决方案（3种）：

To resolve the issue, there are 3 options: 

Option 1: Apply one-off patch 19201866. It does not conflict with existing patches. 

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps: 
1). Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 19201866. 
Download URL: 
https://updates.oracle.com/download/19201866.html 


2). Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying 
the recommended patchset. 

3). Apply the patchset in a test environment. 

4). Retest the issue. 

5). Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

Option 2: Upgrade to 12.2 or higher.
