解决方法：
是由于controlfile里所记录的scn与datafile里的scn不一致。后来查了一下发现restore controlfile时取了一份较早的文件。
于是：
1.shutdown immediate
2.startup nomount
3.rman 下 set dbid
4.重新restore 一份较晚的controlfile.
5.alter database mount;
6.重新recover database 到原先指定的时间点，这里不用restore database是因为原来已经restore成功了
7.alter database open resetlogs;
