场景：
11.2.0.3.0-->11.2.0.4.0基于rman备份的恢复
源端为RAC冷备 11.0.3.0
目标端为单节点RAC 11.0.4.0
错误代码：
ORA-39701: database must be mounted EXCLUSIVE for UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE
