V$PARAMETER
V$PARAMETER displays information about the initialization parameters that are currently in effectfor the session.A new session inherits parameter values from the instance-wide values displayed by theV$SYSTEM_PARAMETERview.

0、上述说明里提到的parameter，不是指如ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE这个视图V$PARAMETER里的字段啊，而是就是指参数文件里的那些初始化参数，如db_name等。
1、影响范围：
ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE>ISSYS_MODIFIABLE>ISSES_MODIFIABLE
ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE：在一个（具体）RAC集群上的不同实例间
ISSYS_MODIFIABLE：在一个实例范围内
ISSES_MODIFIABLE:在一个会话范围内
3、ISSYS_MODIFIABLE和ISSES_MODIFIABLE的关系：
ISSYS_MODIFIABLE为FALSE时，则ISSES_MODIFIABLE为FALSE；
ISSYS_MODIFIABLE为true时，则ISSES_MODIFIABLE可为FALSE，也可为true；
4、ISMODIFIED和ISSYS_MODIFIABLE、ISSES_MODIFIABLE的关系：
ISMODIFIED为FALSE时，ISSYS_MODIFIABLE、ISSES_MODIFIABLE都为FALSE；
ISMODIFIED为SYSTEM_MOD时，ISSYS_MODIFIABLE为true，而ISSES_MODIFIABLE可为FALSE，也可为true；
ISMODIFIED为MODIFIED时，ISSYS_MODIFIABLE、ISSES_MODIFIABLE都为true；
2、ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE和ISSYS_MODIFIABLE的关系：
1）、当ISSYS_MODIFIABLE为false时，ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE必然为false。
2）、当ISSYS_MODIFIABLE为true时，
如果处于多实例数据库（RAC）上，则ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE要为false。因为在RAC上，虽然一个参数Ａ的属性ISSYS_MODIFIABLE可以为true，但是RAC是要求自己的各个实例上参数Ａ的值是一样的（实例运行期间），所以参数Ａ的属性要ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE要为false，即该参数在ＲＡＣ环境下实例运行期间不能被修改。the parameter must have the same value for all Real Application Clusters instances (FALSE)
如果处于单实例数据库上，则ISINSTANCE_MODIFIABLE为true。the value of the parameter can be different for every instance (TRUE)
