1. 精通移动接入网产品系统测试 - 设计测试用例并执行，分析日志发现软件漏洞并跟踪解决问题 - 分析来自客户的软件漏洞，改进研发中心测试工作 - 根据软件实现文档测试验证RNC&BTS软件符合描述，并从网络和客户角度测试改进软件质量 - 熟练使用测试工具并对工具改进 - 介入软件新功能开发前期，提出合理建议并提供可测试性报告 2. 精通无线接入通信协议及各种无线参数，精通诺西IPA2800,DX200平台RNC,MGW,MSS设备 3. 精通No.7（SS7）信令系统和呼叫信令流程，软交换核心网和接入网 4. 熟悉TCP/IP协议，网络交换机配置(cisco3560&2960) |
-prepares test plan and test cases and performing test in real environment.Finds faults,reporting faults and following up faults status.
- Consults, supports and guides others toward requirements from internal and even external customers.
- Ensures the functionalities of RNC&BTS meet the requirement of specification on network and node level further in customer view
- Be familiar with test process, usage of test tools and test equipments. Participate in inspection, workshop, task force and research group in daily work. Key inspector in own area.
- Involved in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability
2.proficient in Huawei softswitch products, such as MSC-SERVER and MGW.
3.Deep understanding of mobile communications principles, and WRAN system, familiar with the program-controlled switching.
